Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before shipment by contacting our customer service team.
- Once the order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:
- Receiving a damaged or defective product
- Receiving an incorrect product
Conditions for Refund
- The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
